Communication between RMTs and patients is of utmost importance to ensure time together is efficiently spent safely addressing your specific symptoms and concerns. Tools such as; soft tissue manipulation, Diaphragmatic Breathing, assisted muscle stretching and remedial exercise are provided by your Therapist to provide a well-rounded care plan.

Being a massage therapist for 16 years, Rebecca graduated from Wellington college of remedial Massage Therapy in Winnipeg in 2003, as well as Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy here in Cambridge in 2015.

Being a massage therapist for 16 years, Rebecca graduated from Wellington college of remedial Massage Therapy in Winnipeg in 2003, as well as Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy here in Cambridge in 2015. She has been registered here in Ontario for five years and was certified for Lymphatic Massage through Dr Vodder School international enabling her to practice combined decongestive therapy to help those with chronic swelling, lymphedema and other lymphatic dysfunctions.
As a Registered Massage Therapist, Rebecca is passionate about using her natural gift of touch and the skills she was taught in school and throughout her career to bring about change. “My focus is to Help you live your best life in a pain-free, non-restrictive state by manipulating the nervous system and manually realigning the muscle fibers. Deep tissue massage is what she naturally gravitates towards in her therapy. As such, she is adamant about detailed communication with her clients to find a pressure that is both comfortable and remedial for you and treatment plan the best works within your life. Her straight forward and warm personality brings a comfortable and friendly environment, encouraging patients to learn about they’re body and how they can care for themselves both in the treatment and at home. After work, Rebecca is busy with family and volunteering with the teenagers at her home church.

When you visit Ken Roche RMT for massage therapy, it can be a physically and emotionally transforming experience. You will benefit from the lifelong physical improvement knowledge Ken has gained by applying the biomechanical concepts he shares towards treating the many injuries personally experienced while achieving a 2nd degree black belt in Shotokan Karate, as a totally blind downhill ski racer and working in a very physically demanding profession over the last 25 years. You can trust his hands-on therapy and home care advice as Ken has acquired significant experience in treating people of all ages and abilities. He has worked in accident and injury rehabilitation (including catastrophic), physical improvement, pain, and stress management as well as Massage therapy education. For a guy with no sight, he’s literally seen almost every kind of musculoskeletal condition possible by treating everyone from local athletes, para-Olympians, amputees, strong men to office and factory workers, gamers, avid gardeners and pre/post-surgical patients from all over the world. He is very passionate about sharing his skills and experiences with our Cambridge community. Upon meeting Erin, you will learn that growing up participating in sports like gymnastics and track & field, Erin knows the importance of injury prevention and being able to move and participate in the things you love without any pain or restriction. Erin likes to incorporate a variety of techniques into her treatment like myofascial release, joint mobilization, Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, and remedial exercise. She is passionate about learning and is always looking to expand and improve her skill set. She understands that no two people are the same so each treatment should be tailored to each individual needs, and she will help educate and motivate you to be autonomous in your own health journey.
Erin graduated from Ontario college of health and Technology in April 2022. Prior to that she attended the University of Guelph-Humber, graduating with a degree in kinesiology and a diploma in fitness and health promotion.
In her spare time, you can find Erin running the trails, cooking new recipes, and attending church with her husband.
