What Is Neurological Physiotherapy?
Neurological physiotherapy is a specialized branch of physical therapy that focuses on conditions related to the brain, spinal cord, and nervous system. These conditions often affect muscle strength, coordination, balance, and mobility, significantly limiting your ability to perform daily tasks. Curve Correct Ingrown Toenail Bracing Treatments:
The nail brace is a thin composite that is bonded to the nail. The brace stays in place as the nail grows out. Most people require the brace to be replaced monthly. Based on the Orthonyxia treatment method, the brace acts as a spring to gently uncurve the nail. It lifts the nail edges reducing pressure on the skin. Correction is painless and occurs over a period of weeks to months. Severely curved nails may require repeated applications to achieve the desired effect and comfort.

Roshi Wagley OT
Psychotherapist
With years of experience working in mental health, universities, schools, and in management
Roshi Wagley
When you work with me, you’ll find a space where it feels safe to be yourself—no pressure, no judgment. Many people tell me they feel an immediate sense of ease when we talk, as if they’ve found a place where they can finally breathe and be heard. It’s the kind of space where you don’t have to pretend to be anything other than what you are, where your feelings and experiences are respected and truly valued. You’ll feel accepted for exactly who you are, without fear of judgment, and know that you’re not alone in what you’re facing.
With years of experience working in mental health, universities, schools, and in management, I deeply understand the pressures people face—whether you’re a student dealing with academic stress, struggling with perfectionism, a parent navigating the complexities of raising a child with autism or ADHD (I’ve worked with many children and families in these areas), a healthcare professional experiencing burnout, or someone managing the challenges of chronic medical conditions, physical disabilities, or chronic pain. I’ve worked with both youth and adults facing these struggles, and I know how hard it can be to juggle multiple responsibilities and cope with the emotional weight of it all.
My approach is trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This means we’ll not only explore and understand your emotions, but also work together to develop practical strategies that honor your unique way of thinking and being. We’ll focus on shifting unhelpful patterns, managing stress, and building coping skills that fit your individual needs, helping you navigate daily life with greater ease. Together, we’ll find a path that works for you.
If you’re ready to take that first step toward healing and growth, I’d be honored to support you on your journey. Let’s get started—together.
